Jeffrey E. Morgan, 42, was found guilty Friday according to KansasCity.com. The newspaper reports his wife busted him speaking to three women in a car. She got angry and mowed down his motorcycle. ” He told police she looked at him and smiled before backing off the bike,” the paper reports. That’s when Morgan pulled his gun and fired off twelve rounds. Two hit her truck. He didn’t hit his wife.
Morgan was found guilty of armed criminal action, shooting at a motor vehicle, and illegal firearm possession.
