UPDATE: Police have now confirmed what we suspected all along. The murder of a 33-year-old Oklahoma City Marine was “biker gang” related. According to a report by KOCO Daniel Aaron wasn’t the young, clean-cut Marine he was being portrayed as with a decade-old photo. He was now a member of the Pagans, a 1% motorcycle club. The four men now charged with his death are members of the Outlaws, a rival club. Police say violence between the two is not rare and the shoot-out was likely over turf.

A prospect of the Pagans was riding with Daniel when he was shot. He says the Outlaws members rode up beside Aaron and fired one shot, killing him. The prospect says he also fired, but didn’t think he hit anyone. But one of the Outlaws now arrested showed up to a hospital with a bullet wound.

Two of them are charged with the actual murder. Two others are charged with trying to hide the shooter from police as accessories after the fact.

UPDATE: Four members of the Outlaws Motorcycle Club have been arrested in the death of a Marine shot on his motorcycle in Oklahoma City. The press release however doesn’t say anything about the motive behind the shooting.
