Canadian police again concerned about “Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs” rolling into British Columbia

REVELSTOKE, B.C. Canada (BIKER DAD) — Just days after 1,500 bikers rolled into a Canadian town for a Hells Angels funeral the Royal Canadian Mounted Police have their eyes on “Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs” once again.
This time the action is taking place the resort town of Revelstoke. The Revel-Stoke Rager. The local newspaper reports “members of the Uniform Gang Enforcement Team will be in Revelstoke at The Revel-Stoked Rager event at Peaks Lodge on Saturday Sept. 11 to deter any gang-related activity.”

RCMP says the event and others like it are used by the “Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs” to recruit new members. The gang unit wants the bikers to know they are in town. They are highly visible to “ensure the safety of residents and visitors when large events occur in our community.”
But it appears from the description of the event, it’s just a typical bike rally. The newspaper reports there will be LIVE music and a stunt show.
