Ladies in Leather: More than 1,000 female bikers descend on Texas town

BRYAN COLLEGE STATION, Tex. (BIKER DAD) — Ladies in Leather once again proved that everything’s bigger in Texas. More than one thousand female bikers descended on a Texas town as part of the Ladies in Leather rally.

The group says it’s the largest traveling female motorcycle parade in the united state. You can see video of the event in the player above or by subscribing to the Biker Dad YouTube channel.
“There are some amazing people here representing from as far away as Alaska all the way to Minnesota,”Dusty Kosmach, Ladies in Leather social media manager told KBTX. “I mean we got [women] from all over. Women rode hard to get here. [Some traveled] 18,000 miles to get here.”
On the group’s Facebook page it says “This is FIRST AND FOREMOST a place to network for the Ladies in Leather Parade & Rally. We are an ALL FEMALE traveling motorcycle parade & rally. Invite your FEMALE riding friends to join this group…and join us for the largest ALL FEMALE traveling motorcycle parade in the US! Men are welcome to join us at the rally, but the parade is a FEMALE only event. We have lots of male vendors, volunteers, entertainers, spouses, family and friends that are involved with the LiL’ Rally and we appreciate their support. Men are allowed to join this FB group, however, this is NOT a place to come pick up biker chicks….if you are reported for being inappropriate, you will be booted and blocked. (male or female)Let’s keep it bike related. You may share other bike related events, ESPECIALLY women’s events. Let’s all support each other.”
