MYRTLE BEACH, SC (BIKER DAD) – The part owner of legendary Myrtle Beach biker bar “Suck Bang Blow” died in motorcycle crash this week. The bar, which is one of the centers of Myrtle Beach’s two annual bike weeks posted about it on Facebook, saying in part: “The SBB family took a huge loss this past Saturday. Stephen Pease tragically lost his life in a terrible motorcycle accident. Pease will be missed by many and forgotten by none. We love you and miss you so much already.” Stephen Pease was 34.

He was a biker dad too, leaving behind two daughters according to WMBF news.

A candlelight vigil Wednesday night gave the South Carolina biker community a chance to mourn.

The national debut of the Biker Dad TV show will focus on Myrtle Beach Bike Week. I actually met Pease while on the road to South Carolina to shoot the episode. SBB will be part of that episode which will air nationally the week of November 7th. In South Carolina its will air on WBTW on November 12th at 3 AM and on Fox Myrtle Beach on Monday November 15th at 4;30 AM. We will be dedicating the show to Stephen Pease.

According to WMBF, “the crash happened around 8:40 p.m. Saturday on Highway 17 Business in the area of South Jensen Drive, according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol.Officials said a Harley-Davidson was traveling southbound when the bike spilled onto the roadway. The crash killed the driver, later identified as Pease.”

GoFundMe page has also been set up to help Pease’s family with memorial and funeral costs.
