Michigan man charged with attempted murder in biker road rage

EASTPOINTE, MI ( BIKER DAD) — A Michigan man is charged with two counts of assault with intent to murder, a life felony, two counts of assault with intent to commit great bodily harm, a 10-year felony, and operating a motor vehicle while impaired-third offense, which is punishable by up to five years in prison.
It all stems from a road rage incident where he chased down and rammed into a motorcycle in his Dodge Ram pickup. That’s according to local reports.

Mark Nichter, a 52-year-old Eastpointe man was charged Monday in connection with a road rage incident in Warren where speeds reportedly exceeded 100 mph.
The two people riding the motorcycle were not injured.
