Fo shizzle: Snoop Dogg at Sturgis, will headline Buffalo Chip

STURGIS, SD (BIKER DAD) — Snoop Dogg at Sturgis? Fo shizzle. The legendary Buffalo Chip announced him as the first headliner for 2022 on their YouTube Channel. You can watch the video above. The post reads, “crank the bass and raise your pimp cup for a party unlike any other. One of the most acclaimed and legendary rappers of all time, the Doggfather himself, Snoop D-o-double-g, Snoop Dogg is making his return to the Best Party Anywhere! He’s a visionary, a trailblazer and a certified party liaison with a nearly 30-year-long pedigree of certified dance floor-rockin’, chart-topping hits. Just like the Buffalo Chip, he’s never done things any other way than his own.”
Snoop will play Saturday August 6th. And even though it’s almost a year away, you can already get tickets here. The legendary Sturgis venue and campground just had its 40th anniversary during the 81st rally. And says it’s working on the other acts.

Snoop at Sturgis is just the beginning. The Chip says it’s working on the other acts and is looking for advice from fans, “the process of securing bands for The Best Party Anywhere® always starts with the Buffalo Chip listening to requests from fans like you. Planning is currently underway, and lots of you have been asking about bands and listing ones you’d ride across the country naked in a blizzard to see perform. Here are 24 bands that fans like you have put on the Chip’s radar. Are these the ones you’d go nuts to see join the Sturgis Buffalo Chip lineup?” Some of the names on the list are Willie Nelson, Rob Zombie and Nine Inch Nails.
