Cassie Carli was last seen Sunday. That’s when she met her ex for a custody exhcange of her daughter. She was supposed to then go to her father’s house but never showed up. Two days later she was reported missing and her car was discovered at the restaurant.
A growing army of volunteers has joined the search effort in Navarre Beach according to WEAR TV, “Escambia Search and Rescue launched its boat right into the Santa Rosa Sound Friday afternoon. The volunteer organization used its technology to search the water for anything suspicious.”

Police found Carli’s Ex Marcus Spanevelo and their daughter in Birmingham.
Carli’s family believes it’s possible she left the area in her ex’s car. As Channel 3 reported Thursday, texts between Carli’s ex Marcus Spanevelo and her sister claim Spanevelo dropped her off in “the middle of nowhere in Destin.”
