Biker mom found murdered months after disappearance, motorcycle led to her remains
WORTHINGTON, Pa. —WATE reports.
Nearly three months after she was reported missing, human remains have been found in the search for a missing Frazer Township woman.
Human remains believed to be those of 59-year-old Darlene Harbison were found Monday over a hillside in Worthington Township, Armstrong County.
Allegheny County police said a hunter found a motorcycle over the hillside, took down the plate number and called state police. The license plate was registered to Harbison. The remains were found near the bike.
“We kind of knew the motorcycle was going to be part of finding her, and it was. I watched the motorcycle come out, and it was kind of heartbreaking, kind of bittersweet,” Darlene’s brother, Robert Ruediger said.
Her boyfriend, who was suspected in her disappearance was found dead earlier.
