The video shows the headlights shining from the rider’s scooter. That’s when two people jump out of a burgundy SUV. One pulls a gun and asks where the keys to the bike are. The other jumps onto the scooter and takes off. The Metropolitan Police Department currently offers a reward of up to $10,000 to anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for a violent crime, including armed robbery, committed in the District of Columbia.
