A man from the town of Southside in Alabama is charged with manslaughter in the death of a biker.
Drigelio Sarmiento of Rainbow City was killed in the crash. Witnesses told police he was stopped on his motorcycle waiting to make a turn when a Ford Focus slammed into him.
A grand jury indicted Patrick Ryan Barlow, 38 of Southside.
