MONROE COUNTY, Tenn. — Authorities in Monroe County, Tennessee arrested a fugitive late Friday evening, according to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.


The sheriff’s office said Charles “CJ” Ballard III stole a motorcycle while out on a test drive.
Deputies found him Friday night on County Road 340 in McMinn County.

Ballard also faces felony charges in Bradley County for failure to appear along with separate charges in Sullivan County for a probation violation.
