UPDATE:
Alabama troopers released a report on the crash: The report said the Ford Mustang was traveling west on Highway 158 while the four motorcycles were heading west. The Mustang hit an “unidentified object” on the road, which caused damage to the front tires.
Once the tires lost pressure, the driver of the car lost control and crossed the center line of the highway, colliding with the first two motorcycles.
The report continued by saying that the third motorcyclist didn’t have time to react, causing them to collide with the passenger side of the car.
The person on the fourth motorcycle told officers that they were behind a semi in the crash. They also told officials that the car came into their lane, leading to the crash.
UPDATE:
The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency released new details on a wreck involving a car and four motorcycles that killed three people on Sunday, April 13.

Officials said the crash occurred at 9:55 pm on Alabama 158 near mile marker three.

ORIGINAL STORY:
Mobile Fire Service Driver Marcine Crawford was among those killed Sunday night in a serious multi-vehicle crash on Highway 158 near Wilmer-Georgetown Road that injured several others as well and killed at least one other person .
Witnesses say a group was riding home to the Mobile area after a trip to Houston Texas when a Mustang hit them head on and plowed through the group . Alabama troopers have not confirmed that information.
“Driver Crawford’s passion for his work, his camaraderie, and his spirit will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing and working alongside him”, Mobile Fire said in a release.
Friends have identified the other rider who died but we are not reporting the name until it’s released or family says it’s ok.
We will be rallying bikers and other supporters near the scene Thursday afternoon from 3-6 pm urging other drivers to look twice for motorcycles.

A 10-year veteran of the department, Crawford was promoted to Driver in 2002, according to MFRD.
“Marcine loved the fire service and had a heart to serve.” Fire Chief Johnny Morris Jr. said. “He enjoyed mentorship and teamwork and the satisfaction of seeing things through.”
Alabama troopers have released no information on the case let alone charges against the other driver. In all five people were taken to the hospital . I’m told at least one survivor is very badly hurt.
