VIDEO: Pagans members charged for biker brawl inside Florida family restaurant
NAVARRE, FL. (BIKER DAD)–Deputies say a normal Saturday night at family restaurant in the Florida Panhandle turned into a biker brawl, shattering the night with violence and chaos.
According to the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s office, men wearing Pagans MC patches were involved in the melee in the bar area of the restaurant. It happened on May 15th at Stripes Pub and Grille in Navarre. Now five people have been charged. One of the people involved in the fight had to be treated by EMS for serious injuries.
Deputies say they conducted an extensive investigation before charging Phillip Owen Davis with Battery, Affray & Disorderly Conduct. Brian Scott Sanders is charged with Battery, Battery on person 65+, Affray, & Disorderly Conduct. Melvin Lorenzo Belden is charged with Affray & Disorderly Conduct. There’s a warrant out for David Allen Webb for Aggravated Assault w/Deadly weapon w/o intent, Battery on person 65+, Affray, & Disorderly Conduct and a warrant for Bret Andrew Smith Carl for Affray & Disorderly Conduct.

The sheriff’s office says “this incident occurred at a local pub and grill, often filled with families of all ages. The fight involved individuals wearing “Pagan” motorcycle club patches. The Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office takes a vigorous approach to crimes of public order. Our citizens need to feel safe from these offenders and anyone who decides to take part in negligent behaviors.”
