Biker died hitting a deer, then getting run over
PRINCETON TOWNSHIP, Minn. (BIKER DAD)– A biker died hitting a deer, then being run over. It happened in Hector Minnesota. The Minnesota State Police report outlines the tragic series of events.
According to the report Lonnie Mayo, 53, was on his 2015 Harley Davidson Tuesday on Highway 59. That’s when he slammed into the deer. Then Mayo slid across the highway into oncoming traffic. As a result he was run over twice.
First, the report says, a pickup swerved to miss mayo. Unfortunately the trailer it was pulling did not miss. After than a semi truck ran him over as well.

According to AAA about 70 percent of deadly crashes involving deer are with motorcycles. Because deer mating season isn’t until fall it will only get worse later in the year.
