OXFORD, Ala. (BIKER DAD) — A man had to jump for his life during Fire at Hooligan Harley in Oxford Alabama. The Oxford Fire Department caught it all on camera and posted it to their Facebook page.
The video is pretty insane. The man on a lift touched the power lines with the equipment. That caused the whole thing to burst into flames. Time was running out and he and firefighters had to take action fast.
The firefighter made a makeshift net so he could jump to safety. You can see the video in the player above. And please subscribe to the Biker Dad YouTube Channel.
Flames raced up the machine. Smoke was so thick, the man was having a hard time breathing. That’s when firefighters made the net, so he could jump 25 feet before it was too late. He takes a leap of faith and lands safely in the net.

He survived the jump with a lege injury but went to the hospital. Emergency workers flew him there for the leg injury and smoke inhalation. The fire department said they could not get the power cut in time, making the daring jump necessary.
