Miami police released a video Tuesday showing a person riding a dirt bike on Interstate 95 after they shot and killed another motorcyclist over the weekend. The victim, identified as 22-year-old Oscar Garcia, died at Jackson Memorial Hospital, according to police.

According to the preliminary investigation, Garcia was traveling south on I-95 passing the 79th Street exit in Miami when he was shot around 7:30 p.m. Sunday. When police officers arrived, they found the man with gunshot wounds lying on the ground next to his black motorcycle, police said.
