A California motorcycle chop shop busted. A brother and sister were behind the operationaccording to Irvine Police. The Orange County Register reports the siblings could be responsible for bike thefts all over Orange County. The suspects are Vincent Catanho, 49, and Bonnie Catanho, 47.
