Alabama bikers rev their engines in support of veterans home residents

Dozens of bikers rolled out Saturday to support the veterans living at William F. Green Veterans Home in Bay Minette, Alabama. Most of the residents have been in isolation since the beginning of COVID-19. The bikers have periodically been parading past the home to show that even though we are separated, we are not alone.

Bikers roll out Saturday to honor Armed Services Day

Bikers will rally in South Alabama Saturday to honor or our armed forces. It’s the Blue Star Salute Memorial Ride. We’ll meet and stage up at Ralph and Kacoo’s restaurant on the Causeway, then bring the thunder to the USS Alabama Battleship Memorial. This is all to show support for Blue Star and Gold Star families.
